Slid Membership Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

Activity Record : Any new note creation or use of features is considered activity.

24-Hour Pass

1.
Refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of purchase.
2.
There must be no activity record.
Full refund is granted only if both conditions are met. Refunds are not allowed if either condition is unmet.

1-Month Pass

1.
Refund requests must be made within 1 week of purchase.
2.
There must be no activity record.
Full refund is granted only if both conditions are met. No refund is allowed after 1 week.

1-Year Pass

1.
Full refund is available if requested within 1 week of purchase.
2.
After 1 week, the refund amount is calculated as:

(Total payment - (Months used × 39,900 KRW)) × 0.9
3.
After the first month, the refund amount is calculated as:
a.
Usage month which is calculated in 30-day increments.

Exceptions

For discounted payments, monthly fees for elapsed periods are deducted even if no activity record exists.
For auto-renewal payments, full refunds are available if no activity record exists after payment.
Refunds are not available if your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of Slid usage policies.
