How to Cancel and Refund Mobile Memberships

Google In-App Purchase Membership Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel or request a refund for a Google in-app subscription to Slid using the following methods.
※ Please Note:
•
Canceling a subscription allows you to use your membership until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
•
Products with expired usage periods cannot be canceled or refunded.

How to Cancel a Subscription

1.
Open the Google Play app on your mobile device.
2.
Tap the circular profile icon in the top right corner.
3.
Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4.
Choose Slid.
5.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
6.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

How to Request a Refund

1.
Open your mobile browser and go to play.google.com.
2.
Tap Menu 三 > Account > Purchase History.
3.
Find the order and click Request a Refund (blue button) or Report a Problem.
4.
Choose the appropriate option and fill out the form, including a note stating that you want a refund.

For iOS in-app subscription cancellations and refunds, follow these steps:

How to Cancel a Subscription

1.
Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
2.
Tap your name.
3.
Select Subscriptions.
4.
Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
5.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the cancellation button.

If there’s no cancel button or you see a red "expired" message, your subscription is already canceled.

How to Request a Refund

2.
Log in with your Apple ID and password.
3.
Select "Request a Refund" from the "Choose a Problem" list.
4.
Choose a reason for the refund under "Tell Us More".
5.
Click the [Next] button.
6.
Select the purchase you want to refund from the list and click [Submit] to complete the refund request.
